CheckupAI by Compound Systems

Terms and refund policy

CheckupAI runs automated, outside-in checks of public web pages, and (for the Expert check and Fix sprint) human-run tests and fixes with the client's written permission. Reports describe what we found; they are not legal, medical or financial advice.

Delivery guarantee and refunds

Our guarantee uses objective conditions only:

• $29 Full report: refund if the report finds zero real issues.
• $199 Expert check: refund if we can't run the agreed tests, provided you gave the access you agreed to.
• $499 Fix sprint: pro-rata refund for any committed fix not delivered, as shown by the before/after re-test.

• Not providing the access you agreed to doesn't qualify for a refund.
• Claims within 14 days, by email to [email protected].
• A refund revokes access to the report.

Email: [email protected]. Please include your report ID.

Free re-scan

Each purchased $29 full report includes one free re-scan of the same site within 30 days of purchase.

Consent-based testing

The Expert check and Fix sprint only include tests and changes the client agrees to in writing, using the access the client chooses to grant. We never make real charges during booking-flow tests; a refundable test booking is only made if the client allows it.

Estimates

Dollar figures in reports are estimates from stated, editable assumptions, shown as ranges. They are not facts or forecasts about your business.
